“Laurus” was our retrial to create a chair with plywood material.  From the current perspective, I have seeked for the possible scale and form, which could be attained just because of the most primitive method, assembling cut-out boards with minimum steps.
While it is a knockdown chair to be assembled by a user, my goal was to provide the pleasant appearance and comfortability to go beyond the regular quality of “knockdown furniture”.
A chair can be made by ordinary material and low-technology is presenting my proposal of old but new furniture.
