CASSINA IXC.「ixc.East by Eastwest」シリーズのチェア＆テーブル。全て木製ながら、薄い板材を張り合わせていくフラッシュ構造を採用し、チェアはわずか2.5kgという軽 量化を実現している(テーブルも同じ構造で出来ている)。ソリッドな印象をもちながら、触れたときの軽さ、座ったときの柔らかさがこのチェアの大きな特徴 になっている。

The table and chair designed for “ixc. East by Eastwest” series of CASSINA IXC.
The frame core flush structure is applied to this design, for both chairs and tables, allowing to cut down the weight of the chair to only 2.5 kg (the table is also designed with the same structure).
The appearance of the chair is quite solid. Nonetheless, you can feel the lightness when touched and the softness when sat on.
